Latyan Dam Hydroelectric Power Plant

Latyan Dam, formerly Farahnaz Pahlavi Dam, is a buttress dam on the Jajrood River, located less than 25 km from , south of the city of . Constructed between 1963 and 1967, it is one of the main sources of water for the Tehran metropolitan region.
