Farallon Island Light is a lighthouse on Southeast Farallon Island, California. One of the highest lights in California, it was constructed in 1855 to warn ships approaching San Francisco from the west away from the rocky islands. Farallon Island Light is situated 1,700 feet south of Sugarloaf Island.
