The Odesa National Scientific Library is a public library established in 1829 in Odesa, Ukraine. The library moved to its current location in 1907, into a new building designed by architect Fyodor Nesturkh in neo-Greek style. Odesa National Scientific Library is situated 300 metres southwest of Odesa Fine Arts Museum.

The Potemkin Stairs, Potemkin Steps, or officially, the Prymorski Stairs, are a giant stairway in Odesa, Ukraine. They are considered a formal entrance into the city from the direction of the sea and are the best known symbol of Odesa. Potemkin Stairs is situated 1¼ km southeast of Odesa Fine Arts Museum.
