It was the private residence of longtime Prime Minister Ahmad Qavam from 1921 until 1951. Glassware and Ceramic Museum of Iran is situated 360 metres east of Old Tehran Stock Exchange building.

The Haim Synagogue is a synagogue at 30 Tir Street, formerly known as Qavam-os-Saltane, in central Tehran, Iran. As of February 2016, the synagogue was opened only on the occasions of Shabbat and the High Holy Days, due mainly to emigration and decline in membership. Hayim Synagogue is situated 190 metres east of Old Tehran Stock Exchange building.
