The Estadio Nacional Julio Martínez Prádanos is an association football stadium in Santiago, Chile. Located in the Ñuñoa commune, it is part of the Estadio Nacional Sports Park, a 62 hectare sporting complex which also features tennis courts, an aquatics center, a modern gymnasium, a velodrome, a BMX circuit, and an assistant ground/warmup athletics track. Estadio Nacional Julio Martínez Prádanos is situated 2 km southeast of Fernapet.

Irarrázaval is a transfer station between the Line 3 and Line 5 of the Santiago Metro in Chile. The station is so named due to its location beneath Avenida Irarrázaval, a main road of the commune of Ñuñoa, which in turn was named after the Chilean lawyer and politician Manuel José Yrarrázaval Larraín. Irarrázaval metro station is situated 320 metres north of Fernapet.
