They were: The quarries operated internal railways of 2 ft gauge and were served by Glynrhonwy Siding off the LNWR's Caernarfon to Llanberis branch. Glynrhonwy quarries is situated 1 mile northeast of Bwlch y Groes Slate Quarry.
