Fort Hays, originally named Fort Fletcher, was a United States Army fort near Hays, Kansas. Active from 1865 to 1889 it was an important frontier post during the American Indian Wars of the late 19th century. Fort Hays is situated 2,100 feet west of Frontier Historical Park.

Lewis Field is a sport stadium in Hays, Kansas. The facility is primarily used by Fort Hays State University for college football team. The stadium is also the primary home field for Thomas More Prep-Marian, and formerly for Hays High School until the 2025 season when they opened their own stadium.
