Mirante do Vale, also called Palácio W. Zarzur or Palácio Zarzur Kogan in honour of its architects, is a 170 m mixed-use skyscraper located in São Paulo, Brazil, in the area of Downtown São Paulo and Vale do Anhangabaú. Mirante do Vale is situated 380 metres north of Vale do Anhangabaú.

Municipal Theatre of São Paulo is a theatre in São Paulo, Brazil. It is regarded as one of the landmarks of the city, significant both for its architectural value as well as for its historical importance, having been the venue for the Week of Modern Art in 1922, which revolutionised the arts in Brazil. Municipal Theatre of São Paulo is situated 200 metres west of Vale do Anhangabaú.
