Hawkesdown Hill

Hawkesdown Hill, also known as Hawkesdown Camp, is an Iron Age Hill fort close to Axmouth in Devon. It is situated on a prominent hillside above the Axe Estuary and is approximately 130 metres above sea level.

Musbury Castle is an Iron Age Hill fort situated above the Village of Musbury in Devon. The fort occupies a commanding hill top approx 175 metres above sea level overlooking the Axe valley at Ordnance Survey grid reference SY282941.

Beer is a seaside village in East Devon in the West Country of England. The village rings a small cove with a big beach, with no harbour to speak of. Boats are pulled up onto the beach. In years gone by it was popular with smugglers.
