The New Brunswick Legislative Building is the seat of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick and is located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Opened in 1882, the Second Empire–style structure was designed by Saint John architect J.C. New Brunswick Legislative Building is situated 140 metres southeast of Fredericton Convention Centre.

It is named after William Maxwell "Max" Aitken, Lord Beaverbrook, who funded the building of the gallery and assembled the original collection.
