Kaunos was a city of ancient Caria in Anatolia, a few kilometres west of the modern town of Dalyan, Muğla Province, Turkey. The Calbys river was the border between Caria and Lycia. Kaunos is situated 290 metres southeast of Kaunos Roma Hamamı.
