Broadview Mansion, is a twenty-two room Edwardian style mansion located in Normal, Illinois, near Illinois Wesleyan University. The three-story estate, originally situated on five acres of land, was built in 1906 for Bird Calladay and Margaret VanLeer. Broadview VanLeer Mansion is situated 840 feet north of Parking Lot 1.
