The Bahrain National Museum is the largest public museum in Bahrain and is the oldest national museum in the Persian Gulf. It is situated in Manama, adjacent to the National Theatre of Bahrain. Bahrain National Museum is situated 1¼ km southwest of Ghous Corniche.

Established in 1990, the complex is most famous for its Islamic museum, which has been acknowledged as being one of the most renowned Islamic museums in the world.
