Today, it is experiencing great industrial growth. San Antonio is situated 2½ km west of Plazita San Roque.

Ypané is a city in the Central Department of Paraguay, 27 km from Asunción. It is accessed by Routes 1 and 2. The city was founded March 23, 1538 by the Spanish Governor Domingo Martínez de Irala. Its main activities are trade and industry. Ypané is situated 7 km southeast of Plazita San Roque.
