The Teatro Nuovo is a theater located in Mirandola in the Italian province of Modena. Inaugurated in 1905, it replaced the old Teatro Greco, named after Count Ottavio Greco and built in 1791 inside the Castle of the Pico, which had ceased performances in 1894. Teatro Nuovo is situated 260 metres northwest of Santa Maria Maggiore, Mirandola.

Almost completely destroyed by the 2012 Emilia earthquake, it was one of the first Franciscan churches built in Emilia by the Order of Friars Minor, constructed shortly after the canonisation of St. San Francesco is situated 220 metres northeast of Santa Maria Maggiore, Mirandola.
