It is the third iteration of the State Fair Transit Center, located at the old Michigan State Fairgrounds, near the Gateway Marketplace and intersection of 8 Mile Road and Woodward Avenue. Jason Hargrove Transit Center is situated 1,300 feet southwest of C.T.L. #2.
