Armstrong is a town in Bryan County, Oklahoma, United States, along the Blue River. The population was 105 at the 2010 census, a 25.2 percent decrease from the figure of 141 recorded in 2000.

Durant is in the Chickasaw Country region of Oklahoma. Teddy and Eleanor Roosevelt once spoke here, even though it was a sundown town. It gained impetus through the railroad and eventually became a major commerce area for the Choctaw Tribe, with their casino and other investments.
