St Mary's Lighthouse is on the tiny St Mary's Island, just north of Whitley Bay on the coast of North East England. The small rocky tidal island is linked to the mainland by a short concrete causeway which is submerged at high tide. St Mary’s Lighthouse is situated 4,200 feet southeast of Crag Park.

Located between Seaton Sluice and Seaton Delaval, it was designed by Sir John Vanbrugh in 1718 for Admiral George Delaval; it is now owned by the National Trust. Seaton Delaval Hall is situated 1¼ miles west of Crag Park.
