Lutherkirche
The Lutherkirche is one of four main Protestant churches in Wiesbaden, the capital of Hesse, Germany. It was built between 1908 and 1910 in Jugendstil and in accordance with the Wiesbadener Programm, to a design by Friedrich Pützer.Photo: Toddy, Public domain.

A miliarium was a cylindrical, oval or parallelepiped column placed on the edge of Roman roads to mark the distances every thousand passus, that is, every mile. Milliarium is situated 250 metres northeast of Lutherkirche.

It is a terminal station at the southern edge of the city centre and is used by more than 40,000 travelers each day, so it is the second largest station in Hesse after Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. Wiesbaden Central Station is situated 430 metres east of Lutherkirche.
