Haw Phra Kaew

Haw Phra Kaew, also written as Ho Prakeo, Hor Pha Keo, Ho Phra Kaew, Ho Phra Kaeo and other similar spellings, is a former temple in Vientiane, Laos. It is situated on Setthathirath Road, to the southeast of Wat Si Saket. Haw Phra Kaew is situated 400 metres west of Central Bus Station II.

Patuxai is a war monument in Downtown Vientiane, Laos, built between 1957 and 1968. The Patuxai was dedicated to those who fought in the struggle for independence from France. Patūsai is situated 1 km north of Central Bus Station II.
