The Prophet's Mosque is the second mosque built by the Islamic prophet Muhammad in Medina, after the Quba Mosque, as well as the second largest mosque and holiest site in Islam, after the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca, in the Saudi region of the Hejaz. Prophet’s Mosque is situated 1½ km east of Masjid Bani Haram.

The Seven Mosques is a complex of six small historic and often visited mosques in the city of Medina, Saudi Arabia. Despite only consisting of six mosques, the complex is called seven because some think it originally consisted of seven mosques. The Seven Mosques is situated 490 metres northwest of Masjid Bani Haram.

The Hejaz Railway Museum in Medina is a railway museum that was opened in 2006. It is on the grounds of the restored historic Ottoman railway station at Medina, locally called استسيون "Istasyōn", including a stretch of the historic track and a train shed with originally four tracks. Hejaz Railway Museum is situated 1¼ km south of Masjid Bani Haram.
