Tancun Station, formerly known as Saimachang Station whilst in the planning stage, is a station on Line 5 of the Guangzhou Metro. It is located under Huacheng Avenue in the Tianhe District, near Guangzhou Racecourse. It opened on 28 December 2009. Tancun is situated 360 metres east of 珠光·新城国际中心.

Guangfa Securities Headquarters, also known as GF Securities Tower, is a 58-floor, 308 m tall skyscraper in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Construction was started in 2013 and was completed in 2018. It serves as the headquarters of GF Securities. Guangfa Securities Headquarters is situated 330 metres northeast of 珠光·新城国际中心.
