The Prophet's Mosque is the second mosque built by the Islamic prophet Muhammad in Medina, after the Quba Mosque, as well as the second largest mosque and holiest site in Islam, after the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca, in the Saudi region of the Hejaz. Prophet’s Mosque is situated 3½ km southeast of Mosque Al-Qiblatayn - Mosque of the Two Qiblas.

The Hejaz Railway Museum in Medina is a railway museum that was opened in 2006. It is on the grounds of the restored historic Ottoman railway station at Medina, locally called استسيون "Istasyōn", including a stretch of the historic track and a train shed with originally four tracks. Hejaz Railway Museum is situated 3½ km southeast of Mosque Al-Qiblatayn - Mosque of the Two Qiblas.
