Rothschild Castle, also known as Waidhofen Castle, is a historic castle located in the town of Waidhofen an der Ybbs in southwestern Lower Austria. Originally a medieval castle from the first half of the 13th century, it was the seat of the Freising governors for centuries. Rothschild Castle is situated 150 metres west of Schloss an der Eisenstraße.
