The Casa Rosada, lit. 'the pink house', is the president of the Argentine Republic's official workplace, located in Buenos Aires. The palatial mansion is known officially as Casa de Gobierno. Casa Rosada is situated 170 metres southwest of Parque del Bajo.

The Pirámide de Mayo, located at the hub of the Plaza de Mayo, is the oldest national monument in the City of Buenos Aires.
