Minghua, formerly MV Ancerville, is a 1962 French liner later converted to a cruise ship. Now landlocked, she is the centerpiece of the Sea World development in Shekou, Shenzhen, China. Minghua is situated 1½ km west of Urban Porch.

Dongjiaotou station is a metro station on Line 2 of the Shenzhen Metro. It opened on 28 December 2010. It caters mainly to residents living in existing buildings along Wangxia Road, Shekou Square and the newer developments of "Peninsula I" and "Peninsula II", along the central part of Wanghai Road. Dongjiaotou is situated 1 km north of Urban Porch.

Shuiwan station is a metro station on Line 2 of the Shenzhen Metro. It opened on 28 December 2010. It caters to people living in the residential developments around Coastal Rose Garden and its vicinity, on Wanghai Road. Shuiwan is situated 1½ km northwest of Urban Porch.
