798 Art Zone, or Dashanzi Art District, is a complex of 50-year-old decommissioned military factory buildings boasting a unique architectural style that houses a thriving artistic community in Dashanzi, Chaoyang District, Beijing. 798 Art District is situated 520 metres south of C7.

Gaojiayuan station is a station on Line 12 and Line 14 of the Beijing Subway. The Line 12 station opened on December 15, 2024. Due to the slow and uncertain progress of demolition and relocation of the occupied area for the station equipment buildings, the opening date for the Line 14 station has not yet been determined. Gaojiayuan is situated 1 km south of C7.

Wangjing Nan, also known as Wangjing South, is a station on Line 14 of the Beijing Subway. It is located in the south of the Wangjing area in Chaoyang District. The station opened on 28 December 2014. Wangjing South is situated 1¼ km southwest of C7.
