Ridgeland Mansion is an historic 2+1⁄2-story, gable-roofed house located in west Fairmount Park, Philadelphia. The land was purchased by a yeoman named William Couch in 1718 and the current house was probably constructed sometime between 1752 and 1762. Ridgeland Mansion is situated 3,500 feet south of Woodside Park.

The Lilacs is an early 18th-century farmhouse located in northwestern Fairmount Park, Philadelphia. The house has a large addition constructed in the early 19th century, with its name derived from the many lilac bushes on the property. The Lilacs is situated 3,500 feet east of Woodside Park.
