Medstead and Four Marks railway station is a railway station in the English county of Hampshire, serving the villages of Medstead and Four Marks. At 644 ft above sea level, it is currently the highest operational standard-gauge railway station in Southern England.

Although currently it is spread between Petersfield Road and Hill Farm Road, historically it referred to the settlement on the south side of Smugglers Lane containing the 15th Century Smugglers, the 16th Century The Old Farmhouse and the C18th century cottage between the two.
