Gare de Denfert-Rochereau

Denfert-Rochereau station is a railway station in Paris. It was one of the first stations of the French railway network, and is still in use as a station of Paris' RER line B.

The Catacombs of Paris are underground ossuaries in Paris, France, which hold the remains of more than six million people. Built to consolidate Paris's ancient stone quarries, they extend south from the Barrière d'Enfer former city gate. Catacombs of Paris is situated 120 metres northwest of Gare de Denfert-Rochereau.

The Paris Observatory, a research institution of the Paris Sciences et Lettres University, is the foremost astronomical observatory of France, one of the largest astronomical centres in the world, and the world’s oldest observatory still in operation. Paris Observatory is situated 350 metres northeast of Gare de Denfert-Rochereau.
