Valkenburg Castle is a ruined castle in Valkenburg aan de Geul, Netherlands. It is unique in the Netherlands in that it is the only castle in the Netherlands built on a hill.

Klimmen-Ransdaal railway station is located between the villages of Klimmen and Ransdaal in the municipality of Voerendaal, Netherlands. The station was designed in the traditionalist style by George van Heukelom and built in 1913 on the Heerlen–Schin op Geul railway.

Schin op Geul railway station is located in Schin op Geul, Netherlands. The station opened on 23 October 1853 on the Maastricht–Aachen railway. In 1914, Schin op Geul became one end of a Heerlen–Schin op Geul railway.
