The Arg is the presidential palace of Afghanistan, located in Kabul. Since the 2021 abolition of the Afghan presidency by the Taliban, it has served as the meeting place of the Cabinet of Afghanistan. Arg is situated 3½ km southeast of Maiwand Institute of Higher Education.

Kabul City Center is a shopping mall in Shahr-e Naw, Kabul, Afghanistan. Opened in 2005, it consists of 100 stores and a food court. It is equipped with see-through elevators and escalators and is notable for being the first building in Kabul to be equipped with functional escalators. Kabul City Centre is situated 2 km east of Maiwand Institute of Higher Education.
