Shelf Bank

Shelf Bank is a hill in the centre of Oswestry which has been a local nature reserve since 2014. It has an elevation of 145 m and is a 3-hectare area consisting of acid grassland and naturally regenerated areas of woodland and scrub.

Old Oswestry is a large early Iron Age hill fort in the Welsh Marches near Oswestry in north west Shropshire, England. The earthworks, which remain one of the best preserved hill forts in the UK, have been described as "The Stonehenge of the Iron Age Period".
