Estudios Churubusco is one of the oldest and largest movie studios in Mexico. It is located in the Churubusco neighborhood of Mexico City. Estudios Churubusco is situated 200 metres west of Canal 22.

General Anaya is a station on Line 2 of the Mexico City Metro system. It is located in the Coyoacán borough of Mexico City, directly south of the city centre in the median of Calzada de Tlalpan, and right next to the Estudios Churubusco. General Anaya metro station is situated 590 metres southwest of Canal 22.

Churubusco is a neighbourhood of Mexico City. It is a part of the borough of Coyoacán. It is centred on the former Franciscan monastery at. The name "Churubusco" is the interpretation the Spanish invaders gave to the original Nahuatl name Huitzilopochco – meaning "place of Huitzilopochtli".

This relatively large area in the southwest of Mexico City has always been a counterculture hotbed. This is where Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera lived, a few blocks away from Leon Trotsky, and the tranquil residential area, with parks, squares, and cobblestone streets, is now a favourite spot for the bohemia set.
