Novi Biliari is a rural settlement in Odesa Raion of Odesa Oblast in Ukraine. It belongs to Yuzhne urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: 182 Novi Biliari is located on the right bank of the Small Adzhalyk Estuary, east of the city of Odesa. Novi Biliari is situated 4 km northeast of Гвардійське кладовище.
