De Vlijt, formerly known as Hoop van Zegen, is a smock mill in Zuidwoldee, Drenthe, Netherlands, which has been conserved. The mill was built in 1878 and is listed as a Rijksmonument, number 41099. De Vlijt is situated 2½ km northwest of Het Zwarte Gat.
