ROTOR
Bunker
ROTOR was an elaborate air defence radar system built by the British Government in the early 1950s to counter possible attack by Soviet bombers. To get it operational as quickly as possible, it was initially made up primarily of WWII-era systems, notably the original Chain Home radars for the early warning role, and the AMES Type 7 for plotting and interception control. ROTOR is situated 3,000 feet west of Round barrow.

Fulking is a village and civil parish in the Mid Sussex District of West Sussex, England. The parish lies wholly with the South Downs National Park. The parish is located on the north slopes of the South Downs, five miles to the north-west of Brighton, sandwiched between the Upper Beeding and Poynings parish.

Small Dole is a village in the Horsham District of West Sussex, in England. It lies on the A2037 road two miles south of Henfield. In the late 1970s the Church of England altered its ecclesiastical parish boundaries, transferring Small Dole from the parish of Upper Beeding to the parish of Henfield. Small Dole is situated 1½ miles northwest of Round barrow.
