Roozbeh Hospital is the oldest psychiatric hospital in Iran, which is a subset of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Roozbeh Hospital is situated 740 metres north of Farabi Hospital.

The Marble Palace is a historic building and former royal residence in Tehran, Iran. It was built in 1933 under the Pahlavi dynasty, located in the city centre. Marmar Palace is situated 2 km northeast of Farabi Hospital.

Tehran Railway Station is located in Rah Ahan Square, at the foot of Valiasr Street in the southern part of Tehran, the capital of Iran. The railway station was originally designed in 1928-29 by Polish architect Władysław Horodecki, who died before the construction could begin. Tehran railway station is situated 1½ km south of Farabi Hospital.
