Muadzam Shah is a sub-district in Rompin District, Pahang, Malaysia. The town was established in 1979 by the South-East Pahang Development Authority under the purview of the second Malaysian Prime Minister, Tun Abdul Razak, who also happened to be a native of the neighboring royal town of Pekan. Muadzam Shah City is situated 4½ km southeast of Tapak Pelupusan Muadzam Shah.
