Zigong is a city in . It used to make its fortune from salt production, but now is better known as a destination that caters primarily to Chinese tourists who come to see its large dinosaur museum, and of course, its salt museum.

Zigong North railway station is a railway station in Da'an District, Zigong, , China. It opened in 1958. It was formerly named Zigong but was renamed on 30 April 2021 in preparation for the opening of the new Zigong railway station.
