Fredrikstad

Fredrikstad is a city and municipality in Østfold county in Norway, home to around 85,000 people. Its old town is Northern Europe's best preserved fortified town.
Sarpsborg

Sarpsborg is the 11th largest city in Norway. Downtown Sarpsborg is below 20 minutes from alpine skiing slopes and from the start of the 200 km-long archipelago from Sarpsborg to Gothenburg.

Halden

Halden, between 1665 and 1928 known as Fredrikshald, is both a town and a municipality in Østfold county, Norway. The municipality borders Sarpsborg to the northwest, Rakkestad to the north and Aremark to the east, as well as the Swedish municipalities Strömstad, Tanum and Dals-Ed respectively to the southwest, south and southeast.

Askim is a municipality in the county of Østfold, Norway. Askim centre had 13,822 inhabitants in 2014. It lies next to the longest river in Norway, Glomma, and has always been a strategic point in wars due to its bridges across the river.
Aremark

Hvaler is a municipality in the county of Østfold, Norway. Consisting of a group of island and a population of 3,694. There are about 830 islands in total, most are uninhabited. The four main islands are Vesterøy, Spjærøy, Asmaløy and Kirkøy.

Marker is a municipality in Østfold county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Ørje. Marker was created as a new municipality on 1 January 1964 following the merger of the two former municipalities of Rødenes and Øymark.
Mysen
