Hajjah is the capital city of Hajjah Governorate in north-western Yemen. It is located 127 kilometres northwest of Sana'a, at an elevation of about 1800 metres. As of 2003, the Hajjah City District had a population of 53,887 inhabitants. Hajjah is situated 7 km northwest of Ḩaddād.

Bayt ʽIdhaqah is a large village in 'Amran Governorate, Yemen, and the seat of Maswar District. It is the district's largest village and its principal market, with a souk meeting on Thursdays. Bayt ʽIdhaqah is situated 7 km southeast of Ḩaddād.
