Church
Church Panagia Galoktisti or Galoktisti is one of the oldest churches in Cyprus built in the 12th–14th century, and is located on a hill between the two villages Kato Pyrgos and Pano Pyrgos. Church Panagia Galoktisti is situated 3 km south of Ákro Kókkina.

Kato Pyrgos is a village in Cyprus. Kato Pyrgos is the only Greek Cypriot village located on Morphou Bay and controlled by the Republic of Cyprus. Due to its location, being surrounded by the Troodos Mountains, the Turkish controlled exclave of Kokkina, and the Green Line, it is rather isolated and difficult to reach, and gets significant numbers of visitors only in August during summer vacation.

Mansoura is an abandoned village in the UN Buffer Zone near Kokkina, Cyprus. Up until 1911, the village was exclusively inhabited by Turkish Cypriots. Although the population fluctuated in the early decades of the twentieth century, it grew steadily from 41 in 1891 to 147 in 1960, when Turkish Cypriots made up about 86% of the residents. Mansoura is situated 3 km west of Ákro Kókkina.
