Palaiokastro is a castle built in the eastern part of the Aegean island of Ios, 17 km from Chora. Today, the ruins left are parts of the walls and ruins of its internal buildings.

Agia Theodoti is a settlement on the island Ios in the regional unit of Thira, in the region of South Aegean, according to the Kallikratis reform. Prior to the Kallikratis and the Kapodistrias reforms, it belonged to the province of Thira in the prefecture of Cyclades, in the geographical group of Aegean Islands. Agia Theodoti is situated 4 km west of Órmos Psáthis.

Mylopotas is a small settlement located on the Greek island of Ios. Although the population of Mylopotas is just 151 people, during the summer season many tourists visit Mylopotas to enjoy the beach and stay in one of the resorts nearby. Mylopotas is situated 7 km southwest of Órmos Psáthis.
