The Baalbek Stones are six massive Roman worked stone blocks in Baalbek, Lebanon, characterised by a megalithic gigantism unparallelled in antiquity. How the stones were moved from where they were quarried to their final locations is uncertain. Stone of the Pregnant Woman is situated 510 metres east of Wavel.

A trilithon or trilith is a structure consisting of two large vertical stones supporting a third stone set horizontally across the top. It is commonly used in the context of megalithic monuments. Trilithon is situated 1¼ km northeast of Wavel.
