Qnât, Qnat, Qanat, Knat or Kanat is a municipality in the Bsharri District of Lebanon. The village is located just south of a large cliff and near the towns of Mazraat Bani Saab and Hadath El Jebbeh. Qnat is situated 3½ km northeast of Deïr Mâr Faouqa.

It had 1,456 eligible voters in the 2009 elections, and the residents mainly belonged to the Maronite Church. Bcheale is situated 4½ km southwest of Deïr Mâr Faouqa.
