The Baatara gorge sinkhole is a waterfall in the Chatine, Lebanon near Balaa. The waterfall drops 255 metres into the Balaa Pothole, a cave of Jurassic limestone located on the Lebanon Mountain Trail. Baatara gorge waterfall is situated 3 km southeast of Himi es Sîyâf.
Sisters Olive Trees of Noah

The Sisters Olive Trees of Noah are a grove of sixteen olive trees in the Lebanese town of Bcheale. According to local folklore, the trees are at least 5,000 years old, perhaps even 6,000 years old or older.
