The Mseilha Fort is a historic fortification located in Northern Lebanon, strategically positioned on the right bank of the Al-Jaouz River, in Hamat, approximately 2.5 kilometers northeast of the city of Batroun in North Lebanon. Mussaylha Fort is situated 3 km north of Haï Sindiani.

It is located on a hill facing the Mediterranean Sea at 500 m elevation. It is one of the oldest villages in Lebanon. Smar Jbeil is situated 3½ km southwest of Haï Sindiani.
