Sarepta was a Phoenician city on the Mediterranean coast between Sidon and Tyre, also known biblically as Zarephath. It became a bishopric, which faded, and remains a double Catholic titular see. Sarepta is situated 5 km northwest of South Governorate.
Aadloun

Aadloun, Adloun or Adlun is a coastal municipality in South Lebanon, 17 kilometres south of Sidon famous for its cultivation of watermelons. It is also the site of a Phoenician necropolis and prehistoric caves where four archaeological sites have been discovered and dated to the Stone Age. Aadloun is situated 6 km west of South Governorate.

Ansariyah, Ansariyeh, or Insariye is a municipality in South Governorate in Lebanon, 62 km from Beirut and 20 km south of Sidon. The area is 7.35 km² and is situated near the sea facing it from an altitude of 144 m. Ansariyah, Lebanon is situated 5 km west of South Governorate.
