Al-Qabu was a Palestinian Arab village in the Jerusalem Subdistrict. The name is an Arabic variation of the site's original Roman name, and the ruins of a church there are thought to date to the era of Byzantine or Crusader rule over Palestine.

Al-Walaja is a Palestinian village in the West Bank, in the Bethlehem Governorate of the State of Palestine, four kilometers northwest of Bethlehem. It is an enclave in the Seam Zone, near the Green Line. Al-Walaja is situated 2½ km east of Battir.

Mevo Beitar is a moshav shitufi in central Israel. Located ten kilometres south-west of Jerusalem in the Jerusalem corridor, it falls under the jurisdiction of Mateh Yehuda Regional Council. In 2023 it had a population of 1,125. Mevo Beiter is situated 2½ km west of Battir.
